Ramesh Vaghasia got Certificate of Practice from Bar Councile of India on 8th September 1991 and on the same day he started his practice establishing a proprietorship firm named R.VAGHASIA ASSOCIATES at Ahemdabad to provide services in the field of Accounting, Income Tax.He was also associated with CA K. J. Radadiya & Co.
In the year 1993, Mr. Ramesh shifted to Surat and started to work with his full skill but unfortunately his CA associate and guide Mr. K.J.Radadiya died.keeping with his family members as partner Ramesh started a new partnership firm and carried on professional services. Then he started a new firm named R.VAGHASIA AND CO. in partnership with Mr. Mahesh U. Savaliya. Under this partnership firm they added many services in the field of Taxation.
With the passage of time, there arose a need to introduce & expand more services in different fields of business.To satisfy the need of clients of the time and to come out from the limitation of proprietorship and partnership firm and after completing 12 successful years and acquiring sufficient experience, the partners of the firm thought to expand the profession and thus they incorporated R.VAGHASIA MANAGEMENT PVT. LTD on and from 6th October 2003. The company is engaged in providing consultancy and management services.
